Authentication Failure

If the following message is received when logging into the ORExt electronic test: 

'Could not sign in. Please make sure your device is online, your Username and Password are correct, and your Proficiency Test and Credential Verification are complete. You will not be able to log in until these things are in order.'

1. Make sure device is online with strong internet connection. 

2. Make sure Proficiency Test and Credential Verification are complete - if credential verification is needed, contact your district QT. 

3. Make sure Username/Password are correct. login information for the Electronic test is the same as login for on
