Resetting Proficiency Tests (QTCs only)

How to reset QAs Proficiency Test

Login to or.k12test.com and go to the 'Admin' tab, 'Users'. Select the user account you would like to reset. At the top of the page you will see the Proficiency Attempts. Select 'Reset Qualified Assessor (QA)'.

You will then see a pop-up to verify you want to reset this users proficiency tests. After 2 failed attempts, it may be beneficial to contact your QA to make sure they have gone through the training pages and understand the content before they attempt to take the proficiency test again.
